SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE TO ATTEND THE CHARLIE FOUNDATION SYMPOSIUM 2012:
 
A limited number of medical professional and family scholarships to help reduce the cost of attending the Symposium are available thanks to the generosity of our donors. Scholarships will cover the registration fee to attend the symposium. They do not cover hotel, transportation or tickets to the gala event. Applications must be completed as soon as possible.
